Cylinder Head Gas Flowing

Here at R.T.S Racing Products, we offer a fully comprehensive gas flowing service recognised by some of the top teams and individuals. 

Our gas flowing has been developed on the Superflow 110 flow bench over the last 25 years and has produced champion’s all over the world.

To give you a small insight into how gas flowing works we would attach your cylinder head to the flow bench and check all the flow pressures lifting all the valves to the manufactures cam lift allowing the air to flow through the intake across the cylinder head through the exhaust valves.

By refining areas of resistance allows the engine to burn all the fuel and emptying all the stale exhaust gas as it refills a full cylinder with fresh fuel and air for a maximum power stroke thus giving more torque and bhp through out the whole rev range.
